Type of process : Whole-grape maceration for the Carignan, stripped-grape harvesting for the other types. 28 days process, mixing after fermentation.
Bulk storage : Stainless steel tank with nitrogen atmopher at a constant 15°c temperature.
Temperature : 16 to 18°c
Cellar : Around 8 years’

Tasting tips : This vintage has a bright red aspect and a nose highlighting aromatic tones of fresh red fruits with an elegant but fine power, as underlined by rounded tanin taste.
